Anyone who was around at the time will tell you Otis Redding received mad respect from all the bands in the 60's, this song was covered extensively by the Grateful Dead..

In The Black Crows version I always mishear and think they 'lemon lime chemical;' however, in Otis Redding's version it's more clearer that he says let me light your candle, but I do like both version though!
