Synopsis: Set in modern-day America, Peacock’s new one-hour drama series Bel-Air reimagines the beloved sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air through a new, dramatic take on Will’s complicated journey from the streets of West Philadelphia to the gated mansions of Bel-Air. Finally gave the show a chance i definitely had my doubts but i ended up lovin it a new generation will grow-up with the fresh prince & im here for it….Congrats to everyone one involved….
The producers of this generation are trash and Hollywood has gone idea bankrupt.everything is a garbage hit or miss reboot or remake of something my generation grew up on.
I wasn't planning on watching this cuz I haven't watched anything that Will Smith is going to make a penny off of in years. But I'm hoping and praying people will boycott and not tune in after what Will did at the Oscars. Absolutely disgusting and he should have his Oscar taken back. He deserves to be ostracized from everything. Sick behavior. Boycott ALL Will Smith movies and anything he produces (like this), or directs or affiliated with in any way.
Watching the new one; I have to say that I like it way more than the original. I think the reason I like it better is that I always wondered how the original show could have been had they taken the troubled boy origins of Will’s character and spirited away with it in terms of tone.

Love that Bel-Air is bringing Lupus awareness in! Not many know or have heard about it. People look at me, like I have 3 heads, when trying to explain it and how it effects me differently from the next person with it. Loving the reimagined version. My generation needs to give it a chance. I know we love our original, but this is great also.
