Chuck was that dude,…PLEASE know that! I remember attending one of his concerts at the Carter Barron which was hosted by Steve Harvey. At the end of the concert, Steve came on stage and said, while bowing to 'Chuck', …"I have never experienced anything like this,..oh my God!" And, ..he talked about the concert, Chuck, and experiencing live Chuck Brown for the 1st time. He later booked Chuck to play the 'Hoodie Awards'.
Rest Im Power to the Godfather that started it all. I was so privileged to be able to see him here in Manassas Virginia not too long before he had to leave us. While he may have no longer with us he left us with a legacy. Thank you…!!!
