Watched the movie last night. The movie truly sucked. They had flashbacks where you suddenly they were brought back to battlefield Viet Nam and the guys were still 65 years old. The part where the guy wants to take a dump, and carries a shovel and toilet paper with him was truly stupid, as he put the shovel in the ground and found gold. No imagination at all in that scene. I would imagine a 12 year old may find it cool, but those that think clearly would have to think how simple the director is. The rope scene was also stupid, as there would be no way he could have gotten away in time not to get injured. Too much swearing, hate, and racism as well. Very boring and predictable writing. The acting was sub-par as well. I am trying to think of something good to write about the movie and nothing really comes to mind. In conclusion, if you are a dullard, a racist, like swearing, and unbelievable scenarios, watch this movie.

Why are they categorizing this movie under Black Lives Matter collection. Not everyone is a supporter of the one track, closed minded BLM organization.
Too bad they had too make the Trump supporter the black sheep of the group instead of making a movie that didn't create more divide because of politics. Enjoyed the movie non the less.

IT TOOK ME A WHILE TO REALIZE THAT THIS WASNT SOMEONES FLASHBACK DREAM BUT THE ACTUAL PART SHOWING THE PAST!!! REALLY DISAPPOINTING. I GUESS SOMEONES BEEN SMOKING ALOT OF GOOD STUFF.
this movie dissapointed me. it was good until they introduced the action into the main storyline and not the flashbacks. i wouldve enjoyed it more of it was just the flashbacks
Just a disgusting propaganda piece. Starts off with Trump bashing and a racist, black trump supporter who wants a wall not to protect people and stop human trafficking and drug trafficking, but to keep "im'grants out!" and he doesn't even have compassion for a vietnamese kid who probably lost his leg to mines from the war. What a pile of crap. I turned it off within 5 minutes. If you want to show both sides, show them accurately and free from such pathetic and petty bias.
Probably the worst f*cking film I've seen in my 59 years of life. Absolutely putrid.
A truly great film by a true master. God bless the black American soldier in Vietnam. We gold standard now. We gold standard. Love this film.
