I've been trying to locate a song for YEARS but can't remember the EXACT name. It starts off "Fly, Fly, little doctor bird." It came out in the mid seventies. PLEASE help me! THank you!
I remember when Anthony Fairclough (Michigan) recorded this song. He was a school boy playing for Tivoli High school. He was a goalkeeper. I met him through a friend name Christopher Reid.
One of the greatest dancehall riddims ever made. What an anthem. And the guitar riff I would place with the keyboard from the Sound Dimension's immortal *Real Rock* as the most recognisable sounds in reggae music's history.
@Reggae45s exactly my style ! 🙂 1st and 2nd generation reggae was di best ! but nuh mind, no reggae is bad at all, every reggae has a message to spread 🙂 big up, jah rastafari !
LAWD……my mum used to play this riddim back in the day. Boy, Sunday's, rice and peas and stew chicken. Back door wide open, then when she was ready for church she through on some Jim Reeves HAHAHAHA
Return of the ancestral voices.
