The Four Tops !! Greatest group of all time and always a class act all the way. Singers today could learn a great deal from them, one of my absolute favorites and never tired of listening to them!
My goodness music was so good then! I know there is still great music still being written, produced, and recorded but man just the arrangements, the harmonies, the lead vocals, the background vocals, the sound……incredible! I'm more a late 70's, 80's, 90's kid…..but sometimes i listen to music from the turn of the century forward and just think to myself, "damn…..the singing was incredible" Oh well, time marches on!! RIP Levi and any other deceased members of one of the best singing groups of all time…..The Four Tops!! ❤️
I am 65 now but I remember that my older brother listened often to The 4 Tops . Dreat wonderful times , I mean in the black community I grew up in . We didn't need to lock our doors and the was a sense of brotherly love , not like now . The only thing back then to worry about was getting home vefore dark and nobody was calling each other " Nigga " . A lot of respect for our elders . Where did we go wrong or better yet , where we didn't go wrong ? Praise and pray to our God Almighty Yahweh in Yahshua Ha Mashiyah's name . Soon , very soon !!!!!

This is by far the saddest song they’d ever sung! It breaks your heart.
The arrangement and the voices sounded angelic in 1965 and still does in 2023! This group has always been underrated!
