  1. takeo morida, the retured attorney, has the will and the budget to experience these things for himself. very cool. the mans on a journey, and hes a helluva navigator to boot.

  2. So do non-Japanese audiophiles go to extremes. It's the nature of folks passionately devoted to a hobby to spend ridiculous money and time on it. Some will spend multiple thousands of dollars for small or questionable improvements feeling that they'll notice the differences over time. It's true we do tend to notice small differences over long term listening than we do on brief exposure.
