  1. Basically he got what he wanted so bad. He completely lost himself as soon as he got it. He wanted to be the best dressed rapper. Everything after the college dropout is just fashion. As a person he disappeared.

  2. I don't have any strong feelings in either direction about him, but when singers start in with the Jesus complex and posing
in persecution positions; it's completely obnoxious.
That's when you know the person is self absorbed to a degree that they don't see the microcosms of people with much bigger
problems & far more interesting musical/artistic ideas.
On the flip side I can appreciate some of his choices, and that he had the foresight to borrow them from more unique musicians that
his demographic doesn't know about, so they give him the credit for being "genius."
That's the thing that rubs me the wrong way. You hear a rap song with a rare b side punk sample being used and he doesn't come out and say
how inspirational that was or where he got it.
His mom seemed like a lovely human being.

  3. that date is near a Chinese traditional festival "ZHONG QIU", on that day, the moon will be fully visible to people on earth, which also symbolize the reunion of family. it is a good virtue for family stay together and eat moon cakes. I think that's why he bring his kids to china at that date.

  4. Just started watching the first episode… just goes to show you, some people can’t see what’s right in front of them. Sad how many people in the industry lack vision. On the other hand… Kanye should have been in touch with Jimmy Iovine, he loves artists who can produce. That’s the type he wanted to sign to Interscope.

  5. coodie with the camera since 98 on him was the best thing he did. just finished the doc. the fact that coodie left everything behind to film kanye, who wasnt even world known back then was such a dope ass move

  6. I just started watching this in 2024…kanye is not crazy…he is just very intellectual…it give me chills to see what he went through…and you can see that he had wings that was too big for any cage….it seemed to me that kanye was the only one that kept growing kept defining his music which people copied…he's now doing vultures with ty dollar and all these young artists but where are all those Roca fella artists they still stuck in 2002 like they never evolved like kanye he was truly destined for greatness…kanye is still relevant now….everyone else either faded out or just couldn't keep up with the times

  7. I will never ever care what that man says or does. He will ALWAYS have my prayers and I will forever love him, that man’s been through too much and helped me too much.
