Top Dawg Entertainment came through the LIFTOFF building with something to prove as the leading West Coast label formally introduced their latest signee, Long Beach native Ray Vaughn.
The new addition to the TDE family stopped through the Power 106 studios to deliver his inaugural L.A. Leakers Freestyle and Vaughn left no stone unturned. Prepared with bars for a nearly eight-minute installment, both Justin Credible and DJ Sourmilk were introduced to the talent who’s ready to set the bar and then demolish it again.
Flexing the incredible pen and the charismatic energy of his city, Vaughn first spits over the infectious Snoop Dogg, Tha Eastsidaz, Butch Cassidy, Master P, and the late legend Nate Dogg’s “Lay Low” instrumental while also switching up the energy for the Beanie Sigel “Feel It In The Air” feature.
Ray Vaughn currently has his TDE debut three-pack EP ‘Peer Pressure’ now available and the Leakers are definitely looking forward to what he has in store.
