  1. A real boring film. Seems to be about preening and posing. Nothing against Beyonce but glad they awarded the Grammy to the Ronstadt Documentary a far more accomplished movie and singer. Imho

  2. "Black is king" ???! Imagine a white director making a film named "White is King" ! KKK, Racist, slaver…I can't imagine the insults and dead threats he would receive. Those who think they have the right to be racists because they are black are the worst racists ever equal to KKK white members. There are no white or black races but only the human race. To be proud to be black, white or asian is as stupid as being proud to be left-handed. Enough of Queen B bullshits.

  3. Don't hate me for this but she is being the voice of a culture she isn't even from. She is from Houston, Texas not Africa. Yes she may have African roots but this isn't her culture.

  4. Born in America
This video is demeaning to me & Africa.
    Same old narrative
Haven't been yet , but you people have to understand that the American narrative of Africa will never be the truth.
UNTIL THE LION TELLS HIS SIDE OF "THE STORY , THE TALE OF THE HUNT WILL ALWAYS GLORIFY THE HUNTER"

  5. Its just kinda funny everyone throwing condemnation, if it was an issue then im sure most of the African Artists wouldn't of agreed to any of. And whats this about not touring in Africa… i swear Corona is still a thing rn. And isn't she putting on African artists it just sounds like everyone wants to get personal opinion just cuz they can have one. Either way, you may stay stagnant instead of evolving past simple issues "shes born in Texas" yet im sure she was still ridiculed called all sort of unseemly things. Did that stop them because she was born in Texas? Of course not she still Black, she still has roots. And its fine if youd rather forget those roots thats on yourself. But don't condem anyone looking for who they are. YOU ARENT THE CREATOR SO WHO ARE YOU TO JUDGE? Just an opinion why not look beyond this slave culture? It seems thats what's being portrayed here. Why not get salty about all the Hollywood movies that have actors playing as blacks no youd rather condem one of your own. Just think on it.
