This was a remarkable project. I wrote the script and directed all the live action. Cary was a consummate professional who went everywhere we asked him to. But the hero here was Jon Brekke, who painstakingly directed every frame of the virtual world. Given today’s tools, it’s hard to express how challenging this shoot was, but I’m immensely proud of it.
