  1. The soundtrack to my early teenage years… and STILL shittin on these fake ass new cats from a great height. Salute to JMJ, without him I wouldn’t ever have known it was cool to wear my raggedy ass A.D.I.D.A.S while SLAMming heads into walls.
    Fuck, Hip-Hop was fun backintheday.
    Love and respect.

  2. Wu Tang may be the greatest overall but Onyx "Last Dayz" is my favorite of all time. Beat, samples, lyrics, flow, video, everything is just perfect. It is the epitome of rap.

  3. Thanks for doing this video…I love Onyx they took the grimy rap away from Das Efx then the Wu came and this reminded me of how Dope Onyx is thank you…"You fuck wit the wrong nigga brother Rather fuck ya mother…" was 1 of my joints too…

  4. When I was about 13 I remember listening to the radio station 88.1 while sitting in the floor with my boombox with the speaker boxes taken apart, trying to hook up a set of 8' truck speaker box to the boombox because they were gonna play Onyxs' new song on the radio & I wanted to record it on cassette & blast it in my room. They did an interview at a radio station in Raleigh, 88.1 The Revolution. In that interview they explained how they would get hyped just before each live show. They said they would sit in the back & listen to Metallica & headbang until they were next. That way they were already hyped & in their zone when they performed. I always thought that was pretty badass just to think about. Like, no wonder they're so intense. Dude, they're f%@ing headbanging in the back the whole time.

  5. Kraze: This is brilliant!! You have truly contributed to reminding people of one of the most consequential, yet overlooked groups in music history and I salute you sir.
