I heard this in 2000, on a CD I got from kid in 7th grade, I gave him my Nelly – Country Grammar album to listen to, and he gave me this. Before most could afford CD burners while being on Windows 98. From first track, I knew this album is very dark, but years later I come back to it. It has a lot of elements, not just dark, but pain, wisdom, street, God, and everything between. Arguably one of the best rap albums. Definitely in my Top 3 rap albums of all time I heard this album not fully understanding English, since I got to USA from Ukraine in 1999, and even then I realized that album was beyond deep, and now that I am fluent in English…the story hasn't changed.
