This is a very early Jorun Bombay production from 1988 with the group “Down By Law” which was originally formed in 1986

Original members from first line up included :
-The Original J.R.O.C. (which stands for “Just Respect Our Culture”)
-DJ Jorun
-M.C. Fiz the Beat Box Wiz
-D.J. Steb Sly

Dancers & Hype man were added in 1989.

This was recorded & engineered at Steve Slater’s “Sound Entropy” studio on Willow Street in Halifax, Nova Scotia in the summer of 1988. Produced by D.J. Jorun. Written by The Original J.R.O.C.

This track was heavily performed throughout 1988-89 when Down By Law opened up hip hop shows for Michie Mee and Public Enemy in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
